I have been in love with the nuances of chocolate since my beginnings in the food industry. The packaging, the stories, the flavors, the terroirs, the personalities, the ability to connect you with other parts of the world.

Over the years, I’ve worked directly with many emerging makers to establish their foothold in the Pacific Northwest retail marketplace – brands like Taza Chocolate, Madecasse Chocolate, Pure7 Chocolate and beloved local chocolatier, Fran’s Chocolates.

The craft chocolate movement brought on exciting new players, new flavors and new experiences. It’s a movement that continues to change the chocolate landscape for Specialty Retailers everywhere.
